As the Senior Manager Real Estate, you will lead a high-performing team of Real Estate Asset Managers and support staff, ensuring our tower assets are optimized for commercial deployment. You will drive strategic initiatives across the Array Real Estate portfolio, including lease renewals, extensions, easement acquisitions, and land purchases.

This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in real estate operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be accountable for the success of real estate optimization programs and will oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, resource allocation, and executive-level reporting.

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Chicago, IL office Monday through Wednesday, and the flexibility to work remotely from a home office on Thursdays and Fridays.
