This department includes all functions related to operating room services including intraoperative patient care. It also may include perfusion services inpatient and / or outpatient services and other operating room support functions. It does not include PACU anesthesia functions pre op holding and / or central sterile functions. If your department is operating as a combined department with all surgery services combined please notify FP&A and we can map it to Surgical Services Combined Without Anesthesia to provide you with an appropriate benchmark.

requirement :

Day Shift 5 x 8s; on call rotation for evenings and weekends. Certified Surgical and Work Experience : High School Education / GED or equivalent : PreferredAssociates / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience : PreferredScrub technician experience : PreferredOperating room experience and / or training course : PreferredLicenses / Certifications : Surgery Technician certification : PreferredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification : RequiredCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification : PreferredFacility Specific License / Certifications : Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) : Required
