Program Manager
The Program Manager leads key programs, managing customers, contracts, and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Lead and manage multiple technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise information.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for all assigned projects.
- Analyze project performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project management processes.

A successful Program Manager should have :
A bachelor's degree with a technical background or equivalent experience.Preferred, but not required, MBA or relevant coursework.Proven experience in program or project management within the Business Services industry.Minimum of three years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or engineering.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Current computer literacy is a must, including full proficiency in the use of the entire Microsoft Office SuiteCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $50 to $70 USD.
