Job Title : Social Media Content Specialist
ICUC is a fully remote team of creatives, strategists, content creators and social‑media managers working directly with brands to deliver first‑class social‑media expertise. What You’ll Be Doing
Moderate and respond to comments across our clients’ social channels using a consistent brand voice.
Write engaging, thoughtful content that sparks conversations and drives engagement.
Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
Escalate issues, insights or trends to the internal team when needed.
Become a true extension of our clients’ brands—understand their strategy, tone and audience.
What You Bring to the Table
Proficiency in English and one other language from : Hebrew, Finnish, Thai, Arabic or Turkish, with strong cultural awareness.
Excellent written communication skills in English and the second language.
Legal eligibility to work in the USA.
Availability to work two of the three shifts (days, evenings, overnights) including weekends.
Professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for diverse audiences.
Deep familiarity with major social platforms.
Curiosity and engagement with the types of content you’ll moderate (tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, etc.).
Strong organization, reliability and customer‑service instincts.
Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.

Hours & Pay
Full‑time (32‑40 hours / week) or part‑time (24‑32 hours / week). Each shift is 8 hours; mix of days and shifts is required. Hourly pay range : $14.75‑$15.00 USD, adjusted for experience, knowledge and skills.
