We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Support Specialist to join our team in Cary, NJ. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a background in technical support or service coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to incoming service calls from customers, perform initial diagnostics, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Make outbound calls to internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service requests and provide process guidance when needed.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management or appropriate support / repair teams to facilitate resolution.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their service requests and provide updates until resolution is achieved.
