Location / Schedule : Office located in Hendersonville North Carolina . Serves Henderson Rutherford and Polk counties.

Your Impact : A s a Bridging Families Child and Family Therapist you will be a critical force in guiding children and families through therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. You will shape treatment plans that help children and their families overcome trauma and navigate complex emotional needs. By working closely with families treatment teams and community partners you will provide essential therapy services that lead to lasting positive Families teams include professional foster parents a dedicated licensed clinician a care manager and a supervisor. Bridging Families teams partner with no more than three participating families which allows for intensive focus.

Hiring Range : $53000 - $68000K annually $3000 SIGN ON BONUS

• Associate Licensed - $53000 annually. Salary is based on education and experience. All associate licensed therapists will start at $53K unless there is additional relevant experience in the human service field (excluding internship).
• Fully Licensed - $60000 - $ 68000 annually

T his position requires a flexible work schedule to match the needs and availability of families. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as dictated by the demands of the position and participate in an on-call rotation.
