job_description.job_card.job_descriptionShift : Full-time nights, 6 : 00pm – 6 : 30am 3 (12-hour) night shifts per week Every other weekend Holiday rotation Description : Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel Maintain standards of professional nursing Qualifications : Current Iowa RN license BLS & ACLS required Pay period : Monday through Sunday Two recent employment references Online verification of licensure or certification Copy of BLS & ACLS cards (both sides) Copies of applicable certifications : ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP Immunizations : MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TDaP, COVID-19, Flu (during season) Negative 2-step Mantoux or QuantiFERON Gold Proof of physical within 1 year of start date 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month of start date Respiratory Fit Test within 1 year Criminal background checks for all states of licensure / residence past 7 years National & / or State Sex Offender checks OIG-Date within 30 days of start Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse) Completion of CareLearning education modules (mandatory reporter module included if needed) Guaranteed Hours : 36 Holiday Pay Weekly pay Guaranteed Hours 401k retirement plan Medical benefits Mileage reimbursement Referral bonus License and certification reimbursement Dental benefits
