We are searching for a skilled Senior Staff Accountant to assist in processing, tracking, and recording bills and payments accurately, efficiently, and timely. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid foundation in accounting, strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, and will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure that the company's financial obligations are met efficiently.
• Assist data entry, validation, and processing of various types of invoices, including general expenses and subcontractors.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist in financial statement audits by providing necessary information and documentation related to payables.
• Monitor cash balances and initiate intercompany cash transfers.

Qualifications

Salary : $80,000 – $100,000 a year. The position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise.
