As part of our agency, youll learn the essentials of insurance sales, client management, and risk assessment while working directly with experienced agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and wants to develop a long-term career in the insurance field.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess customers insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Provide quotes, explain policy details, and handle renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training to earn or maintain state insurance licenses.
