Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years program experience
- Other experience required including supervisory, administrative and / or contract management
- Proficiency in modern business communications including personal computers, electronic mail, voicemail, facsimile and copier equipment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit, interview and recommend new hiresEstablish and monitor quality assurance of program goals in compliance with agency and contract expectationsMonitor program’s contractual compliance and meet with contract manager during site visitsAct as a conduit with funding sourceAttend internal and external agency / contract meetingsAttend contract and agency training sessions as providedConduct monthly staff meetings or more frequently as requiredSupervise and evaluate staff performance, providing monthly written feedbackComplete each staff members’ annual performance reviewProvide staff training on program goals and duties as well as expectations to the agencyMeet monthly with Program Director for exchange of ideas and written feedbackSubmit monthly reports to supervisor and funding sourcePerform additional duties as assignedProgram Specific Responsibilities
Monitor and meet programatic outcomesDocument activites in DFTA and agency database or any other database designatedConduct outreach and recurit program participantsConduct intake and enrollmentsMeet with staff regularlyReview budgets and monitor spendingDevelop annual workscope and modify as neededDevelop and conduct groups as neededMonitor, guide,and support staffDevelop and modify, program calander to meet program needsEnsure site is operationalPrepare site for audit reviewsAvailable to work on cooling center daysAssist at other OAC as neededSkills / Abilities
