Responsibilities include but are not limited to : - Electrical Installations : Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.- Code Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to the latest electrical codes and safety standards.- Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot electrical issues, offering effective and timely solutions.- Safety Practices : Uphold safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.- Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with foremen and apprentices to complete projects on time and within budget.- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of work performed and report to the management team as needed. The ideal candidate should possess : - Preferred License : California General Electrician's License.- Experience : 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience, including troubleshooting, installations, and repairs.- Technical Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring schematics, and electrical codes.- Computer Proficiency : Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook); experience with Bluebeam is a plus.- Physical Requirements : Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including climbing ladders and working at heights.- Team-Oriented : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, team-player attitude.
