The Front-End Loader / Plant Operator is responsible for the maintenance of all plant equipment and grounds, along with front-end loader operation when needed.

Duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Operating a front-end loader for stockpiling and loading customer trucks (not a forklift)
• Maintenance of conveyor systems and other plant equipment
• Mowing and weed-eating of plant property
• Painting plant equipment and buildings
• Assisting with other operations as needed

Work will be performed at a plant facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. After a 60 day probation period, we offer a competitive benefits package, which includes health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, and a 401K plan.

Requirements of the position are :

We supply high-quality sand and gravel in Central Arkansas from two distribution facilities located on the banks of the Arkansas River (North Little Rock and Conway).
