Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the company's internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled in content creation, media relations, and digital communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and internal memos.
Monitor media coverage and manage press clippings and media database.
Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
Respond to public and media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Support event planning and promotional campaigns.
Help ensure brand consistency in all communications materials.
Track and report on communication campaign performance and media engagement.
Liaise with marketing, customer service, and executive teams as needed.
Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
