Represent Crown at healthcare industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to promote the brand and services. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns for the healthcare sector. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches. Maintain accurate client and prospect records in CRM platforms like Salesforce. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to showcase Crown's value. Provide regular sales performance updates, including wins, challenges, and forecasts, to align with organizational goals. Proven success in B2B sales; experience in healthcare or related industries is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, with a focus on accurate data management. Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of healthcare practice operations, organizational hierarchy, compliance needs, and challenges. Familiarity with uniform rental programs and patient wear solutions is a plus. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
