Position Summary

Vista Physical Therapy is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Arlington clinic, located inside Asher Point Senior Living. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments

Implement treatment plans focused on orthopedic care, fall prevention, mobility, and senior wellness

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment

Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with clinic staff, senior living staff, and family members to ensure comprehensive care

Educate residents and caregivers on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety practices

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current and valid Texas PTA license

Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or senior living environments preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on a flexible, per diem basis
