Position Overview

Stella-Jones is hiring a Corporate Sustainability Specialist to lead the next chapter of sustainability. This is a newly created position, opened as a result of an internal promotion — a reflection of our growing commitment to environmental stewardship and long-term sustainability. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement a forward-looking sustainability strategy that advances our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and embeds sustainable practices across our operations.

This position will be based at our Tacoma, Washington office with a hybrid work schedule (in-office with some remote). You will collaborate with leaders from forestry, operations, supply chain, engineering, and corporate functions to integrate sustainability into everyday decision-making and long-term business planning.
