The Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for GSD's physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical providers. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics and maintaining recruitment systems to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for clinical providers, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and credentialing teams to ensure timely communication and progress of recruitment pipelines.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, virtual job expos, outreach events, and resident dinners.
• Support licensure and credentialing processes as needed, collaborating with our vendors and internal teams.
• Perform general administrative duties including calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.
• Locate and source candidates using a variety of tools with particular emphasis on recruitment websites, email campaigns, training programs, and social media platforms.
• Responsible for general inquiries to the department, obtaining CVs and applications daily.
• Post and update job advertisements, manage vendor relationships and research / develop new avenues for advertisement and recruitment opportunities.
• This is a hybrid-role with 80% of work remote with some travel and office days in Walnut Creek.

Bachelor's degree in health care, business administration, information technology, or related field. Strong client / customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated and proven experience working independently with minimal supervision and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience working in healthcare is a plus.
