Position Overview
A high-impact consumer marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated, audience-first marketing strategies focused on cultural, celebratory, and seasonal occasions. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to reach both new and existing customers, driving innovative initiatives that deliver measurable growth and brand relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Assess marketing opportunities and build audience insights focused on high-value occasions and moments.
Develop strategy and plans for occasion-driven campaigns, including goal setting, category prioritization, and clear value propositions.
Collaborate with creative, growth, retention, social, and influencer teams to execute campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-app channels.
Work cross-functionally with strategy, operations, product, analytics, and marketing partners to align on strategies, provide leadership updates, and ensure effective reporting.
Establish measurement plans, track key performance indicators, and report progress and learnings regularly to internal stakeholders.
Oversee campaign deliverable trackers and drive cross-channel marketing execution.
Foster strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders and teams across the business.
Remain up to date on marketing best practices, consumer behavior, and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
6+ years of marketing experience in B2C environments (corporate or startup).
In-depth fluency with the broad marketing mix and funnel-based approaches.
Proven strategic mindset; ability to interpret trends and translate data into actionable audience insights.
Outstanding relationship-building and influential leadership skills.
Collaborative, creative problem solver with enthusiasm for teamwork and innovation.
Strong bias for action; self-motivated, dependable, and skilled at multi-tasking.
Documented track record of designing and measuring successful go-to-market launches with tangible impact.
