Account Rep I - HMO

Position Description :

In the role of Account Rep I , you will be working in Clinical Practice Services . You will perform basic tasks in the area of claims submissions, posting, and / or account follow-up utilizing billing computer software.

This role requires 100% onsite presence.

Responsibilities :

• Review, Post, or Follow-up on claims; may include obtaining required documentation such as EOB's, EOMB's and Medical Records.
• Sort, Batch, Scan and / or Post payer correspondence.
• Organize on-site copying, scanning and execution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Develop and review internal and external reports from various payers and vendors.
• Communicate via phone with third party carriers, and obtain required documentation as needed. Inform appropriate Department of updates.
• Work special projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Preferred Schedule :

Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.

Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum Required Education : High school diploma

Minimum Required Experience : 2 years
