Overview :
We are embarking on a transformational journey to unify and elevate how we approach automation, innovation, and operational efficiency across the enterprise. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to help shape and drive this change. This newly created role will work across multiple lines of business, partnering with senior leaders to define and implement a holistic model for enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to intelligent automation, innovation and change, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with three distinct business areas to develop a unified transformation framework.
- Partner with senior leaders to define governance models, align planning processes, and drive enterprise-wide change.
- Critically analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and guide business groups toward actionable outcomes.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, driving clarity and decision-making without formal authority.
- Confidently and assertively engage with diverse leadership teams, ensuring alignment and momentum across the organization.
- Document and communicate operational processes and transformation strategies with clarity and precision.
- Champion operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ideally within financial services.Strong business acumen with a focus on internal processes, planning, and operational strategy.Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to navigate and lead across senior leadership groups.Comfortable working in environments with limited structure and high ambiguity.Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and build consensus across diverse teams.Experience in governance, process design, and change management.Background in business operations preferred; heavy technical backgrounds are not aligned with the focus of this role.ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $70.00 - $80.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
