Premise Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our on-site health center in Groton, CT . In this role, you’ll provide care to client employees and their dependents (ages 2+), helping them get, stay, and be well.

Schedule & Coverage Needs

• Fridays : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (weekly or select Fridays, based on your availability)
• Saturdays : 8 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM (1–4 per month)
• Additional : PTO coverage as needed and available

This PRN role is ideal for a provider seeking flexibility while still making a meaningful impact in a collaborative clinical environment.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $78-$80 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
