We are actively seeking a compassionate mental health therapist for our clinic who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care.

Compensation :
60 - $85 hourly based on billing
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care
- Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
- Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status
- Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Conduct and interpret psychological evaluations for clients and their families
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to achieve treatment goals, reduce symptoms, and improve functioning
Qualifications :
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are requiredThis position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in a field such as counseling or social work; we prefer a master’s degreeLicensure in the state you reside as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or the equivalent is requiredMust have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical settingIndependent licensure or close to sitting for exam - LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PSYD, etc.Must have at least a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical PsychologyAbout Company
