Position : Financial Analyst

Location : 100% Remote (CST / EST preferred)

We're seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic project-driven organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by evaluating financial performance, improving processes, and supporting leadership with accurate reporting.

What You'll Do :

  • Analyze project / job costing data and compare performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends.
  • Review backlog and bookings schedules to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements, and risk mitigation across active projects.
  • Prepare reports and deliver insights to management to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a project-based environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); Power BI experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
