ROMTech is now looking for a Visual Content & Graphics Designer, who will play a central role in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, and product experiences. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for designing compelling, brand-aligned visual content that supports campaigns, sales initiatives, product education, and social media.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative stakeholders to ensure every visual asset reflects the ROMTech identity, communicates clearly, and drives engagement across channels.
Responsibilities :
- Design high-quality visual assets across digital and print, including ads, brochures, landing pages, infographics, presentations, and social content.
- Maintain and evolve ROMTech’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external-facing materials.
- Support the development of campaign visuals, product launch collateral, and marketing communications with clear, compelling design.
- Create graphics for use across web, email, print and digital campaigns, optimized for performance and accessibility.
- Collaborate with our external vendors to ensure creative assets meet layout, mobile, and UX requirements.
- Assist with light motion design or video editing (e.g., short clips, animations, branded video overlays) as needed.
- Design templates, pitch decks, and enablement assets for sales, product, and executive teams.
- Build scalable, reusable design systems for internal teams to use while maintaining brand integrity.
- Support external-facing design needs for physicians, DME partners, and patient education materials.
- Manage intake and prioritization of design requests from cross-functional teams.
- Organize and maintain a centralized asset library with version control and easy access for stakeholders.

3–5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, visual content creator, or brand designer.Experience working in a marketing team or agency supporting campaigns, product, or B2B / B2C initiatives.Background in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries is a plus.Motion design, video editing, or light animation experience is a strong bonus.Strong portfolio showcasing design across digital, brand, and marketing content.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and / or Figma.Proficient in AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance productivity, creativity, and problem-solving in day-to-day work.Skilled in layout, typography, and visual storytelling with attention to clarity and usability.Familiarity with web design basics (HTML / CSS knowledge, a plus) and optimizing assets for mobile and digital performance.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.Organized and proactive communicator with a high attention to detail.Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.Regular, predictable attendance is required.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
