STG International, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the Training & Technical Assistance Coordinator to work Full-time providing technical assistance in support of the BJA NTTAC.

Duties & Responsibilities :

The Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator(s) are responsible for leading all TTA delivery efforts to include planning, organizing, and managing the provision of direct technical assistance services to the field.

The TTA Coordinator(s) will be responsible for receiving, assessing, identifying solutions, and tracking the progress of all TTA requests.

Required Skills

• Must possess excellent analytical and communications skills and a client-service orientation.
• The ability to communicate effectively with contacts from the full range of justice-related disciplines, including executive-level callers working in criminal justice, juvenile justice, and victim services
• Must have at least a minimum of 2 years experience in at least one specific area within the criminal, juvenile or victim services field. The scope of this experience must demonstrate that the contractor has : knowledge of national trends and initiatives; the organizations and individuals actively leading the field; effective program and project implementation; and current research on evidence-based practices and programs
• The ability to either plan, organize, and manage the provision of direct technical assistance services to the field; evaluate curriculum or training; conduct needs assessments; or develop publications
