Schedule : Full-Time | 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM (Night Shift) or 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM (Day Shift) | Includes weekends

Pay : $55 / hour

About the Registered Nurse Role

• Plan and deliver care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop, coordinate, and update individualized nursing care plans with input from patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Monitor and document changes in clinical conditions, ensuring timely communication with physicians and nursing supervisors.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission and reassessments as required.
• Provide education on pain management and other health topics to patients and their families.
• Facilitate discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
• Maintain and enforce hospital policies and nursing standards, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and special procedures.
