What You Will Do :
Reads work order or pick tickets or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be picked, moved, or processedLoads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, forklift, pallet jack, conveyor, or other material handling equipmentLoads materials into vehicles and installs banding and stretch wrapping to prevent shifting or damage in transitConveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areaCounts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheetAttaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information or cases or containersPacks and prepares cartons for shipping to customersEnsures accuracy or order and security of packaging to avoid damage in shipmentOperate a pallet jack and forklift on a regular basisAble to meet quality and productivity deliverablesAdheres to all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications :
6+ months of related warehouse or distribution experienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to learn how to operate power equipmentAbility to read and understand written EnglishPreferred Qualifications :
1+ years of related warehouse or distribution experienceExperience operating pallet jack, order picker, counterbalance, reach and turret trucksBenefits :
