The Opportunity :

We’re seeking an experienced Regional Area Manager to lead and inspire a remote team of Supervisors, Team Leads, and Reimbursement Specialists during a high-impact annual benefit reverification project. This fully remote role (with in-person orientation days in December) is ideal for a proactive leader with deep industry knowledge in medical reimbursement and specialty pharmacy .

What You’ll Do :

Lead, coach, and develop remote leaders and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee benefit reverification processes with a focus on performance, compliance, and customer service.

Collaborate with senior leadership and drive project outcomes.

Monitor KPIs, resolve escalations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to training, workforce planning, and process refinement.

What You Bring :

• years of leadership experience in medical reimbursement and specialty pharmacy .

Prior experience managing remote teams and leaders .

Strong knowledge of insurance verification, billing, appeals, and patient access services.

Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience preferred.

Comfort with HIPAA compliance and managing sensitive patient data.
