Technical Writer 2

Role : Technical writer will work across the different teams; Enterprise Case Management, Enterprise Asset Management, ServiceNow, and Business Relationships Management. This candidate will gather requirements from the SMEs and then translate into documents.

Years of experience : 2-3 years.

Comfortable jumping in and working with different teams. This candidate will work with the Service Owners and SME’s across the different teams.

Microsoft experience.

Bonus if this person knows ServiceNow – they will write knowledge articles.

Experience creating documents from scratch.

Bonus if they have training experience.

• Fully remote position – canddiates – can sit anywhere.
• Start date : Beginning of November with resume reviews beginning in October. This will be a 12 month contract position with the ability to extend.
• Interview Process : One and done – 30 minutes.
