Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and enhance our safety culture across multiple manufacturing sites. If you are passionate about proactive safety management and thrive in a collaborative, fast?paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive multi?site safety programs (prevention, inspection, investigation, incident recording).
• Detect hazardous conditions, recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety training and analysis for leadership, managers, and employees.
• Oversee OSHA and workers compensation programs, including investigations, reporting, and claims management.
• Lead and support safety committees to ensure effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain site?specific safety and emergency programs, including training and certification.
• Implement preventive / corrective measures for processes, machinery, ergonomics, and PPE.
• Streamline and automate safety processes where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local, and industry regulations; conduct periodic safety audits.
• Coordinate with OSHA inspectors, fire departments, and insurance carriers.
• Benchmark safety programs with other PACCAR locations and suppliers.
