The Organic Chemistry manufacturing department delivers fluorescent probes and reagents that enable scientific discovery with cellular labeling and detection tools. This hybrid role merges chemistry, continuous improvement, technical writing, and supply chain. Work with the chemistry team and support functions to standardize chemistry and business processes, handle SKU and document lifecycle, and implement quality and productivity improvement projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in organic synthesis, be capable of performing bench chemistry, and be interested in growing their scope of work within operations.
