Program Manager - Cloud & Data Migration (MDM / Phenom)

Overview

Seeking a highly technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives with a primary focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and large-scale cloud migration projects. This role will manage two concurrent programs, with equal allocation of time :

• MDM On-Prem to Cloud Migration (Informatica) - highly technical project requiring deep expertise in data migration, integrations, and Informatica tools.
• Phenom Implementation - HR tech platform rollout, less technical but requiring strong program execution skills.

The Program Manager will oversee budgets, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication while driving execution across cross-functional teams.
