PC Technician

This is a long-term and stable PS Support Technician role for our client in Auburn. You will work day shifts : Monday-Friday : 7am-4pm. Must work on-site.

• Job Description

Work in an IT Service Center and Field support environment. Using established processes, perform software and hardware break / fix. Helping customers via phone, in person and remotely. Work with Service Level Attainment goals, maintaining efficient analysis and repair. Occasional travel to different local sites. Position potentially requires a lot of walking.

o The primary role for this position will be to perform onsite troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades for client hardware and software resolution.

o Performs hands-on and in-depth troubleshooting and associated repairs of failed client hardware and software.

o Performs thorough documentation of all service activities.

o Perform analysis and restore or repair customer asset usability in a fast paced environment, using multi-tasking abilities.

Candidate must be a US Citizen, have their own reliable means of transportation and be able to pass a background screening.

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Auburn, WA.

The pay range for this position is $17.13 - $19.00 / hr.
