The Role
The Process Technology Engineer will be responsible for investigating designing and conducting experiments aimed at continuous improvement and new product development involving high-purity solvents and other formulated products used in advanced integrated circuit nodes.

Key responsibilities for this role include :
Core Areas of Responsibility :
Direct and oversee process technology initiatives for Fujifilms ultrapure solvents (UPS) focusing on advanced purification techniques such as nano-filtration and distillation. Ensure these processes are effectively documented and promoted.
Manage projects from pilot scale through to high-volume manufacturing (HVM) ensuring smooth transitions and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business / sales procurement engineering manufacturing and R&Dto ensure raw materials and sourcing strategies align with PCS / SQC objectives.
Establish and document specifications for next-generation product packaging including a detailed evaluation of materials of construction and their impact on finished product quality. Provide recommendations for future needs based on data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with strategic customers and suppliers to develop and implement mutually beneficial Process Technology roadmaps for FEUS.
Conduct process simulation modeling prior to pilot distillation and scaling to full production. Emphasize optimizing thetotal cost of ownershipfor ultrapure solvents.
Be an integral member of the UPS Process Technology team to support the development of best-in-class product purity and quality minimizing quality incidents while enhancing FFEMs overall value proposition.
Develop and refine product and process characterization protocols that meet PCS and STC requirements for next-generation customer demands.
Design and conduct experiments to fully understand the effects of raw materials and process variables on finished product quality. Analyze results to refine experimental approaches and support successful product introductions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust process control technologies for measurable process and analytical chemical parameters both in-house and at supplier locations.
Investigate and integrate new process technologiessuch as filtration distillation and ion exchange and in-situ metrology to ensure Fujifilm adopts and utilizes state-of-the-art advancements.
