We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Instructional Design Strategy.

Purpose : The Instructional Designer role is for a highly-engaged, motivated and creative individual responsible for content curation for Johnson & Johnson MedTech.

The responsibilities include supporting the development and delivery of new and existing content posted on Johnson & Johnson MedTech.  He / she will collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to develop video assets, e-Modules, promotional materials, and other Health Care Professional-facing educational assets that address learning needs aligned with Surgery’s business strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Develop learner-centric assets including e-Modules, personalized learning journey programs, videos, one-pagers, etc.

leveraging best practices in adult learning principles (i.e.

Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model) and instructional design (i.e.

ADDIE, SAM).

Route content through copy approval system as required.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar / performance year.

Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

100,000 to 172,500
