As part of our customer-focused Parts Department, you'll visit clients, grow accounts, and promote high-quality automotive parts that keep vehicles performing their best. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your efforts directly contribute to our team's success and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting new business

Act as a trusted resource and liaison between clients and our dealership

Follow up on orders, verify stock and delivery status, and ensure customer satisfaction

Communicate effectively with counter staff regarding delivery schedules and special orders

Complete weekly call reports, expense logs, and mileage tracking

Partner with the Parts Director on pricing, inventory, and customer account management

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

A strong understanding of automotive parts is preferred , along with experience using Parts Procurement Platforms and Estimating / Management Systems such as Collision Link, Repair Link, Parts Trader, and CCC (training provided on dealership systems)

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity

Ability to travel regularly, including out-of-state and overnight
