POSTION SUMMARY

The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate supports full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top talent aligned with Huron’s evolving business needs. This person will be acutely aligned to our Workday practice, bringing expertise in sourcing and hiring Workday professionals. As a Senior Associate, the role focuses on delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, executing sourcing strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, data-aware, and experienced recruiting Workday consultants and professionals within a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

The Talent Acquisition Sr. Associate is required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following areas :

Strategic Recruiting and Sourcing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for candidates in the United States and Canada
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements and align recruiting efforts.
• Assist in drafting consistent, branded job descriptions to posting in various channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Use Workday and other tools to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
• Support the development of job descriptions and interview guides.
• Successfully manage sourcing campaigns to proactively identify, attract, and engage potential candidates including job boards, LinkedIn / social media, and employee referrals.
