Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team located in Stuart, FL. In this role, you play a crucial part in coordinating the actives of HVAC technicians, assisting customers and ensuring that the companies services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The position requires and energic individual with excellent customer services skills who works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and set up schedules for same-day and next-day service calls.
  • Collaborate with the manager to ensure the right technician is dispatched to the appropriate job.
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Collect and document information from callers
  • Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency
  • Transmit information to the appropriate person or department
  • Direct response units to appropriate location
  • Monitor status of the response team and hold them accountable to all protocols and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Understanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Manage incoming calls Generate / input calls Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Schedule technician's, coordinate with Service and Operations Manager.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using company's methods / tools
  • Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide to the appropriate manager to handle
  • Keep records of customer interactions within dispatch program, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Other tasks as assigned and needed
