Job Description

The Occupational Therapist (OT) Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role responsible for elevating the standard of clinical practice and driving continuous improvement across our Occupational Therapy programs. This supervisor will oversee, mentor, and train our team of OTs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that address the functional, sensory, and developmental needs of our clients.

Leadership & Program Management

• Supervision & Mentorship : Provide comprehensive clinical supervision, guidance, and direct mentorship to all staff Occupational Therapists.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor, evaluate, and ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory standards, and internal policies in all assessments and treatment plans.
• Resource Coordination : Strategically coordinate caseload assignments, manage clinical resources, and oversee the provision of essential assessment and adaptive equipment supplies.
• Subject Matter Expert : Serve as the clinical expert and representative for the OT department, interfacing effectively with internal leadership, external stakeholders, and community partners.
