Senior Analyst, Collections (Business to Business)

What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.

Pulling together reporting of open accounts receivable for each account.

Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

2-4 years of experience, preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills required and the ability to run meetings and engage the audience.

Strong customer focus with the ability to get to the root cause.

Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks

Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve

Applies judgment within defined parameters

Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects

Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy

Anticipated hourly range : $27.40 per hour - $39.30 per hour
