job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProcess daily customer orders in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met Provide customer service via email and mobile applications, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly Accurately enter, update, and manage order-related data in the company system, ensuring processing is completed within required lead times Collaborate with team members at the South Korea headquarters to support aligned operations Analyze SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data to identify sales trends, pricing patterns, top-selling products, and new product launches Use shipping software and customer portals to track, verify, and manage order and shipment details Communicate daily with warehouse staff regarding carriers, pickups, shipment schedules, and order status updates Monitor and manage website content, including product listings, pricing, and inventory levels Oversee back-order fulfillment and ensure inventory availability Support operations for offline retail stores by coordinating product deliveries, logistics scheduling, and inventory management Maintain smooth communication with offline store teams to optimize store operations and supply chain flow Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Strong knowledge and passion for beauty and skincare brands Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends Effective problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer tools(e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws Korean / English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ. $20-$25 / hour (based on experience and qualifications) Business hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday Health Insurance premium for the employee is paid 100% by the Company, including vision & dental (PPO) 12 days of paid time off (PTO) in the first year, with annual increases based on tenure Paid Holidays 401(k) with company matching Year-end Discretionary Bonus Employee discount Catered lunch provided
