Compensation :

$92,300 - $187,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and relationship-building activities.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to convert leads into loyal clients, maximizing your earning potential.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to accommodate diverse client needs.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and protected at all times.
