We are looking for a project leader and subject matter expert with knowledge obtained through supply chain training and experience. This team member will lead project teams to solve complex problems that cross multiple value streams, functions, and business. Taking new perspectives on existing solutions will be key for success.

Supply Chain Analyst 3

Goodyear, AZ

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development of new supply chains across the value stream (plan, source, make, deliver) for new product and process development
  • Understand and represent the impact and interconnectivity of departments to represent a plant and cross-functional view
  • Perform analytics to determine how to best resolve constraints to balance service, inventory, and cost; reviews data to ensure successful implementation and interface with other functions and systems
  • Analyze, develop recommendations, and lead implementation of continuous improvements to business tools and processes, utilization supply chain and lean tools such as kanban, 5Y, plan-do-check-act, value stream mapping, and A3 thinking
  • Provide supply chain strategy insights and influence at the value stream level
  • Coach others on understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, and use of supply chain tools

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in supply chain, engineering, or information systems is preferred
  • 6-8 years' combined experience in planning, sourcing, inventory, operations, logistics
  • Master knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, MES, WMS
  • Demonstrates competency to coach others in ERP systems, data mining, and reporting
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and coaches others in lean tools including pull systems, 5Y, PDCA, kaizen facilitation, A3 thinking, and waste elimination
  • Builds strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Identifies unexpressed customer needs and potential products and services to meet those needs
  • Is self-sufficient and motivated to take action and grow and develop
  • Provides peer-to-peer coaching and developmental feedback to others
  • Salary Information :

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
