We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Welder to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. As a Field Service Welder, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality welding services on-site, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

- Per Diem is involved and will be discussed through the process
- Mechanical maintenance skills are requried for the job

Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.Travel to client locations to provide on-site welding services and repairs.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure weld integrity and compliance with specifications.Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the field.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project needs and updates.Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred.
Proven experience as a welder, with a minimum of 3 years in a field service role.
Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG / Stick)
Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
