What You'll Do as an Entry-level Packer :

  • You will play a vital role in ensuring that printing ribbons are finished and packaged efficiently.
  • Manually finish printing ribbons at various stations, including slitting & splicing, attaching take-up cores, banding & packaging, and cartoning / boxing.
  • Rotate between stations throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in productivity and cost reduction.
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration within your work area.
  • Operate production machinery and perform duties associated with the Machine Operator role (as needed).

    • Work Experience

    The Preferred Candidate Might :

  • Have previous packaging or assembly experience
  • Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Need to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry loads of up to 35 lbs.
