Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician at TechnologyXperts, Inc. in Beachwood, OH. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, delivering help desk support, and performing computer repairs on-site.

Qualifications

• Desktop Computers, Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair skills
• Experience in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Knowledge of network systems and IT security
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
