JOB SUMMARY :

Our Ethos Operations Team is currently seeking a full-time Operations Manager (REMOTE) to oversee field investigators within an assigned region. This role ensures the efficient completion of investigative work, communicates company strategy, and provides timely feedback to leadership. The Operations Manager will act as the bridge between investigators, clients, and senior management - driving performance, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of field investigators in your territory.
  • Prepare and review case updates for client review, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Assign surveillance cases strategically, considering investigator location, cost-effectiveness, and workload balance.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and address case-related inquiries.
  • Review and approve investigator timecards and vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Conduct staffing assessments and assist with recruitment.
  • Provide coaching, training, and counseling to investigators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Field Agents in Charge (FAC) to ensure objectives are met effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : Associate's Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field (preferred).

Experience :

  • Prior experience as a Case Manager in the insurance industry or in an Assistant Operations Manager role.

    • Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong time-management and leadership abilities.

    • WORKING CONDITIONS :

  • Office-like environment with constant temperatures.
  • Frequent periods of stationary work.
  • Work outside normal business hours, including occasional weekends, when necessary.
  • Constant operation of office machinery, such as computers and printers.
