What Youll Do :

• Lead Safety Initiatives : Act as the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site and that team members are trained and equipped for safe operations.
• Develop & Implement Safety Programs : Create review and update safety and health plans tailored to each project ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations.
• Conduct Risk Assessments : Perform safety inspections risk assessments and hazard analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become issues.
• Safety Training : Provide safety orientation training and updates to all employees and subcontractors ensuring that everyone on-site understands their role in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Compliance Management : Oversee compliance with OSHA EMand other applicable safety regulations and standards. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Incident Response & Reporting : Investigate any incidents or near misses implement corrective actions and create reports that provide actionable insights to improve safety performance.
