Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN Case Manager with coverage needs in Abilene, TX and surrounding areas.

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home

Health Aides.

• Requires 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.

Excellent pay rates! Annual Salary range $85,000-$100,000 yearly.
