Software Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to guide a cross-functional team in building scalable, cloud-based applications. This role blends hands-on development with leadership responsibilities and requires strong technical expertise, particularly in cloud technologies like Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead an agile development team including developers, QA, and analysts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship through code reviews, coaching, and collaboration
• Design and implement system features aligned with business and technical goals
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into development tasks
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with platform standards
• Promote best practices in coding, testing, and security
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes
• Ensure team meets performance, quality, and delivery goals
